Nikki Jordan is imaginative, creative, and alluring; known for her passion to push young adults toward their purpose. With a BA in Sociology, her steadfast faith, drive, and ambition helps her garner the
attention of young minds and women alike.
Through her organization Confidence At Any Size, Jordan helps other women ascertain their inner beauty without the validation of others. Something she knows about all too well. As a young child Nikki was
relentlessly teased by her classmates and family. She spent numerous nights in tears, praying that God would bring relief from her pain. It was there that she discovered her inner beauty and learned to look at
herself through the lens of her heavenly father and not the view of people. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made”- Psalms 139:14

Now Jordan dedicates her life to making sure all women know their true worth by helping them find their imperturbable lenses. Demonstrating leadership and humility, her works are powerful and intentional to touch the soul and impact the lives of every woman she encounters. In 2016, Jordan earned her teaching certification and began her work as an educator. Her career started in Dallas ISD as a 7th grade math teacher before transitioning to the vastly growing Forney independent school district.
 

Throughout her years as an educator, she had a "ringside" seat to the many struggles our children face on a daily basis. Students would often seek advice regarding friends, conflicts with other students; issues rooted in lack of self-worth and of course relationships. Though she participated in some great on campus programs, these programs were not addressing the "why" behind these concepts or even helping children understand why these concepts are even important in a society fueled by selfish gain. Students needed a program that would equip them with the proper tools to manage the various challenges of life. So she created one!

CAAS You're Worth It, is intricately designed to supply students with the tools that they are severely lacking such as confidence, proper communication (peer to peer and student to adult), conflict resolution, and much
more. The goal is that by the end of the program they will find worth within themselves, which will lead to
them making better choices for themselves.
Through the program students will learn how to feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain
supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions. Every student should confidently walk
away knowing that they are worthy. They are worth love. They are worth respect. They are worth IT!
