2024 has truly been a year of growth, connection, and God’s faithfulness. Here’s a quick look at some incredible highlights:

🎉 Kicked off the year with the launch of The Art of Mentoring – teaching people how to mentor with purpose and heart.

📺 Honored to be part of MTV's Mental Health Action Day, shining a light on the importance of mental health in our communities.

🗣️ Spoke to youth, mentored, shared my heart through magazine articles, and built CONFIDENCE everywhere I went.

👩🏾‍🎓 Attended conferences that fueled my spirit, poured into me professionally, and helped me reconnect with old friends and make meaningful new connections.

🙌🏾 Met my spiritual bestie, Jackie Hill Perry – a moment I’ll never forget!

🎂 Celebrated my sweet baby turning ONE (how?!) and my husband and I reaching FIVE amazing years of marriage. 🖤

And through it all, God has been so good. He’s stretched me, reminded me of His perfect timing, and allowed me to touch the lives of so many people.

💡 As I wrap up this year of purpose and passion, I’m pressing pause on social media for a much-needed reset and recharge. I’ll be back in January with exciting things to share and even more to pour out.

Thank you for all the love, support, and encouragement this year. I couldn’t do this without my amazing community.

What an amazing day! I had the pleasure of conducting my Art of Mentoring training for the Ghanaian Professional Network. And let me tell you they did the work!

We talked, we shared, we laughed, but most of all we all learned. Yes... WE! Because when I come to do a training I come prepared to receive as much as much as I teach. There was even an impromptu testimonial from one of my #DreamHers and her mom!

When I launched, my mentoring program, CAAS You're Worth It, in my middle school, my goal was to build confidence in young girls, creating a safe space where they could feel empowered.

But as time went on, I realized something crucial! While my students were growing in confidence, they needed consistent support in environments that were just as safe and nurturing as the one I created in the program.

That’s when I felt called to expand my mission beyond students to the mentors and educators who guide them. I knew so many people had the heart to make an impact but didn’t always have the know how. That insight led to The Art of Mentoring, a training and coaching program designed to fill this gap, equipping mentors and educators to cultivate positive, lasting relationships that inspire confidence and growth.

Now, my journey has taken me beyond schools and into the nonprofit world, training teams to uplift the students they serve. Allow me to teach you the “art” behind your “heart” so we can uplift others together, one relationship at a time. 💜
